Tuesday: Tuna Pasta. Get ingredients together for tomorrow.
Wednesday: Pigs in Blanket & Applesauce (teacher conferences & soccer practice). Cook for State Fair Competition. Busy Day!
Thursday: Salmon Loaf with Mashed Potatoes and Peas
Friday: Hamburgers & Fries
Saturday: Barbecue Cups (Really good! Add diced zucchini to meat mixture for additional veges.)
Sunday: Apple Sausage & Ranch Potatoes

OOH! What are you making for the state fair?
I am baking yeast bread and pumpkin bread. I am making J make something, not sure yet exactly. I signed him up for kid baking. A friend's mom told me a couple of years ago that I should enter, but this is the first year I signed up. I don't expect to win, but I think it would be fun to do. If it goes well, I'll make all three kids do something next year!
