Saturday: Idiot Chicken
Sunday: Roast Turkey and Steamed Vegetables - I just bought this at Amazon (birthday present), and I am going to try it out on a lovely frozen turkey that I bought for next to nothing just after the holidays in my freezer. Should make for some great leftovers next week.
