Salsa Recipe: Idiot Chicken

For those of you who printed the fantastic Pace coupon that I mentioned earlier this week, here is a great and simple recipe.

Idiot Chicken

Ingredients:

• 3-4 fresh or thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 (18 ounce) jar mild salsa
  

Directions:

Place chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour salsa over chicken to cover. Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hours.
