Onion Custard Review

I tried out the recipe that I recently posted about. It turned out good. It was similar to quiche. It had an unusual flavor that I liked, produced by the nutmeg. I did use a bit more bacon than the recipe called. I would make it again. It would make a great breakfast dish.
