I can't wait until this sports season is over. Maybe then I can cook something during the week that is not in a crock pot or takes longer than ten minutes to put together!
Monday: Curry Chicken and Rice Casserole
Tuesday: Spaghetti
Wednesday: Rice and Black Beans (made in Rice Cooker)
Thursday: Chicken Corn Chowder & Amish Bread
Friday: Meatloaf & Steamed Vegetables
Saturday: Chicken Lasagna
Sunday: Quiche & Pancakes
CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans milk
1 can corn
1 large can boned chicken (or diced leftover chicken)
Combine all ingredients and heat over medium heat.
