Milk and Honey Bread Recipe

I was looking for a bread recipe that was still slightly sweet but did not use white sugar. Here is a great one! This turned out not too sweet and very soft. I will definitely be making this again. I made the dough in the breadmaker but took it out to bake in the oven at 350 for 35 minutes.

Milk and Honey Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons melted butter
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions:

Add ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer.

Use basic and medium crust settings.

Makes 1 loaf.
