In the Tennessean on Wednesday there is an additional smaller paper called the Franklin Review Appeal. The coupon is usually in the HG Hill advertisement. It may be that you have to live in the Franklin city limits to get it.
However, I was at the Franklin HG Hill (on Columbia) this week and noticed they were giving away Franklin Review Appeals just after you walk in and on the right.

Great shop! Someone pointed out that you can use a mq with the Publixq for Bounty giving you an additional $.50 overage. I'm giong to do that on my next shopping trip! :)
