It's time for another week of Bargain Meals! Check it out for even more inspiration. I contribute every week for the current sales at Publix, which run from Wednesday to the following Tuesday. Keep in mind that you do not need to purchase two of a product to get the buy one get one price. Publix marks down their products to half price for the BOGO deals.

Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
3 Chicken breast, chopped into bite size pieces
2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups cooked rice
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, chopped 2 T butter
Directions:
- Cook chicken in butter in large skillet.
- Add onions a couple of minutes before chicken is completely browned.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook just until cheese is melted.
- Put in 2 quart pre-greased casserole dish .
- Bake at 350 for 30 hour.
