Menu Plan Monday 12/28/09

Just for fun, I felt like having a theme every day this week! Every diet, in my opinion, has about 10-20 good healthy recipes worth eating on a regular basis. You just have to figure out which ones you would like that are easy to make during a busy schedule.

Make from the Pantry Monday: Sausage and Rice
Low Carb Tuesday: Spinach Turkey Meatloaf & Roasted Rosemary Butternut Squash
Weight Watcher's Wednesday: Tin Foil Chicken and Veggies
Mediterranean Thursday: Baked Balsamic Honey Mustard Salmon & Parsley Tabbouleh
Fiber Friday: Broccoli, Cannellini Bean & Cheddar Soup
Super Food Saturday: Crockpot Cranberry Turkey, Sweet Potato Steak Fries, Blueberry Lime Margarita
Simple Sunday: Crockpot Chicken with Black Beans and Cream Cheese

This menu looks great! I'm really going to try to follow a menu this week and yours looks good! I'm going to start with just 5 or 6 days though because 7 is a little too optimistic for me but maybe someday. Thank you for posting!
