You know when something unexpectedly cool happens and it is such a pleasant surprise? Today is that day. After four years of Cub Scout cake decorating contests, my goal was merely to not be embarrassed. However, tonight both boys won first place in their dens! An entire Sunday of cake baking with the kids was worth it!

Those are great! Congrats! I also like the fact that you were able to do this with green icing and candy. No tinting 6 different colors of icing. My least favorite part of cake decorating. I guess they will be making their own birthday cakes now? :)
