I really wanted to increase my ECBs and since the Soleil razors are finally in stock again, here is what I did:

2 Bic Soleil Razors, each 6.99 - 2 MF Qs $4/1
CVS Hand Soap, 1.69 - $2/1 CVS Skin care Q
Kids Johnson Soap - .99 - IP Q $1/1

My subtotal was .12 and with tax it was $1.68
I received $5 ECBs for the razors.
It was a good day - especially since I had all three kids with me this time!
