Wednesday: Julienne Oven Zucchini, Sausage & Slow Cooker Apples
Thursday: Mushroom a la Stroganoff and Cauliflower Rice & (for kids) Breakfast for Dinner, Waffles & Fruit Smoothies
Friday: Spicy Turkey Chili & Salad
Saturday: Sweet Red Pepper Soup, Baked Salmon & Cucumber Salsa
Sunday: Oven Rice and Vegetables
