For the Locals: Tips for Saving Water Logged Heirlooms
The Tennessee State Museum has created a resource page for details on saving your heirlooms (like pictures) that were recently water logged during the flooding in Tennessee. I had not thought about it before, but if you have many items that must be dealt with, you can start by freezing them so that you will only have to deal with a few items at a time.
