The Cauliflower Cheese soup looks awesome! We just got some with our CSA. I'm going to try it sans potatoes since I'm doing Phase1 of South Beach diet and see how it goes!
By the way - LOVE LOVE LOVE your site! And miss your family! Been way too long! We need to get together! School's out soon right?
