I thought this was an interesting article. It talks about the popularity of coupons. It is surprising that current coupon usage (2.6 billion) is far from the use height in 1992 (7.9 billion).

Wow, that is crazy! What with the internet and so much 'connectedness' to make couponing easy and productive, I really would have thought this would be coupons peak right now. Very interesting!
