Also, if you didn't know, Harris Teeter takes "money off the total" competitor coupons. Publix sent me a $5/$30 coupon in the mail recently. I was tempted to use it at Publix but since Publix accepts HG Hill money off coupons that I could use, I saved this one to try at Harris Teeter. Publix would definitely be considered a competitor. Though the cashier had to ask several people, finally a manager confirmed that they took these coupons, and I was able to use it.
