Looking for something easy to make at Thanksgiving? This is one of our favorite holiday dishes. It's tasty, easy and does not require any cooking. It goes great with turkey.
1 lb bag of cranberries, rinsed
1 large unpeeled orange, quartered
1 large unpeeled red apple, quartered
1 can (1 lb) crushed pineapple
1.5 - 2 cups sugar
Grind apple, orange (including peel), and cranberries in food processor.
Add pineapple and sugar to other fruit. Mix together in large bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours.
