I grew up with this recipe being made in our house and it is super easy!
Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream ofmushroom soup
1/2 cup of milk or sour cream
butter
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
In a large skillet, brown the chops in butter over medium-high heat. In a separate bowl, mix soup and milk. Pour soup over chops. Cover skillet, and reduce temperature to medium-low. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.
