Kroger and Publix Trips 4/24/09

Kroger has some great deals this week on kid food. With summer camp looming in the near future, I stocked up on kid drinks and goldfish for lunches. I spent more than I had planned but Kroger had some Rubbermaid water bottles and a really neat bread holder both 60% off. I also found four ball jars on sale 60% off. I have been toying with the idea of trying my hand at canning something. Hopefully I won't blow anything up! I'm looking for a good book if anyone has some suggestions.
