Onion Bread
This is great because you can put the ingredients in your bread machine in the morning, set the timer, and it is done when you get home. My husband really likes this bread.
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup water
• 4 teaspoons olive oil
• 4 teaspoons onion soup mix
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 2 1/4 cups bread flour (I have also used regular flour)
• 1 teaspoon bread machine yeast (also used regular yeast)
Directions:
Place ingredients into bread machine in order listed by your manufacturer. Set for 1 pound loaf, medium color, basic cycle. Start it and forget it. Remove from pan when finished, and serve warm.
