Menu Planning Monday:


Monday: Ham & Mushroom Alfredo
Tuesday: Sausage & Cranberry Stuffing Balls with Oven Roasted Vegetables
Wednesday: Lasagna
Thursday: Crockpot Beef Stew and Amish Bread
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Ham & Egg Bake
Sunday: Slow Cooker Cranberry Barbecue Meatballs, Steamed Vegetables & Crockpot Cobbler

Sausage and Cranberry Stuffing Balls

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork (or ground turkey)
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
3/4 cup cranberry sauce
1 egg
1 cup water
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Brown meat; drain. Combine with dry stuffing mix in large bowl.
STIR in cranberry sauce, egg and water. Shape mixture into 16 balls. Place balls on foil-covered baking sheet; brush balls with melted butter.
BAKE 20 min.
