Cake Bread

If you want to try something new in your bread machine, here's a yummy and easy recipe:

Cake Bread

Ingredients:
1 pk yeast, active dry rapid rise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pk cake mix, yellow (about 1 cup)
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cup water very warm

Directions:
Add ingredients to bread machine following manufacturers directions. Choose basic bread cycle, light crust.
